I didn't get the chance to ask for her name because she was busy but I came in early afternoon. Even if there were no food on line, she was able to get me the food I want.

We threw the food away and just went somewhere else. Per usual, the dining room was messy, and it wasn’t busy when we walked in. This isn’t my first time at this location, so I’m not saying this to be rude. You can ask people to fill out “nice” surveys to make it sound like a great location, but if the food/service isn’t good, then it just isn’t good. Maybe try fixing the real issues and maybe things will improve. The good thing was the person making the orders in the FOH seemed really nice. He looked young but definitely had a great attitude. I would hire him at a moments notice.
