  Evening time when I visited Black woman manger and cashier Over charged me for chicken which I didn’t ask for when I ask about it cashier said she thought but didn’t make the food was helping other ppl when I asked the other Hispanic manager she looked at the cashier I don’t know if they are doing this to other ppl , ask for a receipt and look over it cause if I didn’t pick mines up and read it I would have been out of 6$and right now 6$ is a lot 😂

  Review Edit: The suppose owner of Chipotle responded to this review with a email for me to reach out, so they could speak with me directly. The email address turned out to be invalid. SMH! I wish I could give ZERO! Stars. Went here with my son the other day, and felt real discriminated against. There was a Mexican family a head of me and my son. When I tell you, they piled them bowls so high with food, they barely shut. Then we get served, and all our food is in the middle of the bowl (I kid you not). I asked for more meat and this lady said $5! Like I already had a bowl full of meat. Then when I check out, my total was $18 and something. So I asked the guy why my bill was so much, he said because they charge for the sauces. What! I was hot! That food wasn't worth $18, and none of the food was fresh. Everything looked dried out. And the worker that did bring out the fresh meat, put it on top of the old meat, when he could have just took that little bit of old meat to the back. Anyways, I filled a complaint with their company. Did they fix it? Nope! But it's ok. They just reminded me why I stopped eating at their facilities in the first place. And just so y'all know, these bowls haven't been eaten out of. I moved aside the pound of lettuce so their corporate office could see that I wasn't exaggerating, and that the one scoop of rice, beans, and meat where little in the middle of the bowl.

  When did this location become as stingy as they are now with portions, burritos are looking more like taquitos. New staff by the looks of it, and they really don't look like they want to be there. Really shows a poor display of customer service and quality of the food. The one time after a couple of months of not been here and its just gone down hill im general.

  He comido muchas veces en diferentes restaurantes de esta cadena pero las veces que he pedido en este local en particular a la comida le hechan mucho chile y sin pedirlo lo agregan volviedola incomible de lo picante. Lo ultimo que me paso hace el dia 5 de Julio 2026 pedi la comida la verdad no se si por estar atentos al juego no hicieron bien su trabajo o que paso a mi Plato que era un burrito bowl solo le hecharon arroz, frijoles, lechuga y queso no le hecharon nada de carne y aparte de eso hecharon una porcion muy pero muy pequeña el Plato parecia vacio y facture una salsa extra la cual cobraron y no la agregaron pedi arroz brown y me hecharon arroz blanco con una Concistencia no muy bien cocinada. Nada como en los otros muy mal pienso deben poner manos en estos sucesos para no llegar a perder clientes. Yo no volveria a recomendar este local ni volverè a ir a comer a este local. Tendre que ir a otros que estan mas largo de mi Comunidad.
