- KHKailin HammelAug 13, 20261.0Amy, the guy working grill, is extremely unpleasant and rude to other staff. He cursed and yelled at young staff members , teenagers, while he looks to be in his 30s-40s. He also did this in front of a line out the door of customers. If you are miserable at your job , go find another one! Do not take it out on other people that you don’t wanna be there. The chicken he made was also extremely dry despite it coming straight off the grill. Horrible experience for me and other customers, he needs to be fired asap.

There's always only one person working the whole hot and cold bar while I see 1-2 people walking around the back conversing. People who work the register are not always very friendly.

I asked for extra veggies instead of rice and beans, but the staff gave me a very small amount. The protein portion was also tiny, and even after asking for a little more, they barely added any. As you can see in the photo, I had just opened the bowl and hadn’t taken a single bite yet.
