Some crappy manager lady I think Emma said that the two small portion half burritos counted as full burritos and wouldn’t wrap them. Maddie, was great and did want to fulfil amazing customer service… promote her to manager because she is fulfilling the customer service. But her manager denied it. Then 2 employees came up and one served the other right in front of us. That was completely rude.i will say the young lady that did help us was great she was serving and ringing up by herself. She definitely needs a raise but the rest that were there need to be talked to.Thats why we haven't been back to this location in over 3 mo. Nothing has changed. Disappointing.Durango location.
