  Worker forgot to add a food item after we scanned our free entree code. Instead of fixing the problem, he said that “the computer was sleeping”. He voided our code and due to his mistake we lost our free entree. When he added the quesadilla he than told us it was used when we just scanned it.We would like to get a new code since we were unable to claim ours. Workers name is Ikaika.

  I placed order, had cashier scan my barcode for my rewards, free chips. Kameron told me I did not have any free chips available. I paid for my order, did not get my chips, only to later see my receipt didn’t show a rewards barcode to get my points for this order. These points would have gotten me a free entree. When I finally started to eat my pastor tacos, there was absolutely NO CHICKEN. So I paid for the most expensive protein to get nothing. I tried calling the restaurant only to get an AI recording that will only take orders. I will go back when I’m in the area to talk to the manager.

  I stopped by Chipotle Mexican Grill and ordered a huge chicken burrito along with a chicken “everything” bowl. Both were filling and made the usual way you expect — generous portions, well-seasoned chicken, and fresh toppings layered throughout. The burrito was packed and satisfying, while the bowl had a good balance of rice, beans, salsa, and extras. Nothing over the top or surprising, but it definitely did its job when I needed a solid, reliable meal. Service was efficient, and everything tasted consistent with past visits. Overall, a dependable spot when you want something hearty and customizable without much guesswork 🌯 🐓 🥗
