  I got 2oz of chicken in a double chicken mobile order. Normal servings are 4oz. Stay away. I know chipotle scams mobile orders, but my significant other does not. She ordered it for me and we quickly found out how bad chipotle is as a business.

  If I could give a zero I would. The host Kaylie was so rude and was rushing us throughout our order. When we finally went to pay the guy who check us out was also very rude! We didn’t ask for guacamole to be added and it was still added and when we questioned it they were both very rude about it. He asked us if we wanted them to remake it with a rude sarcastic tone. But with that tone I felt like they would spit on my food. They also have a sign saying that the receipt has the bathroom code and while I was looking for the code on the receipt the guy proceeded to yell at me with a different code. Horrible experience would not recommend at all.

  Whenever I come, there is always a lack of food that is on the menu, such as guacamole, rice, the service is very slow and unprofessional, the food is very old so it is not fresh.

  Had no proteins at all today. Said they have a large catering order so they’re currently out of any proteins. When asked for when next batch is, they said they have no idea. Didn’t care to mention that to everyone waiting in line. Don’t waste our time and warn everyone who’s waiting patiently in line. Maybe I’m just hangry and petty, but write a bad review in hopes to be warned next time.

  Food is delicious. Service is alright. But apparently they have hopped on the bandwagon woth several other restaurants & try to prevent done in customers by keeping the ac around 63 degrees year round. I should not need a winter jacket to eat inside, plus my food is ice cold halfway thru consuming due to the cold ambient room temp. If they are concerned about literary surely there are better ways to prevent that.
