  We were greeted by a very nice lady by the name of Layla upon entering. She took the time to explain the menu and answer any questions we had. They were very accommodating on how we wanted our food prepared when ordered since we'd not visited before. We're from Denver, so we had high expectations about the green chili and I must say, this is the closest thing we've had to home in quite much, time when out to eat. We tried the chili relleno, chicharones tacos, and chili cheese fries. All very good and well made. We enjoyed our meal very much, we enjoyed the conversation with staff about home, and we will be back for sure. Thank you for bringing a part of home to Las Vegas.

  This place is truly a hidden gem! The food was amazing. I’ve struggled to find decent Chilaquiles since my favorite place in Phoenix closed. This place blew them out of the water. Who knew I’d find this while on vacation. And it’s so close to the El Cortez hotel.

  Had the shack burrito with bacon and was not disappointed! Love that it comes with sunny side up eggs instead of scramble unlike most breakfast burritos plus the chili in it was perfect 👌 honestly didnt need any extra salsa. Definitely going back some time! Also great prices for it being a restaurant downtown

  Stopped by Chili Shack around 1pm on a Sunday and grabbed two breakfast burritos to go. I had the sausage burrito and my wife got the chorizo—both were seriously good. Everything was well balanced with the right proportions, not overstuffed or lacking anything. Price was solid too—$18 for two good-sized burritos. Order was ready in about 5 minutes, and the guy taking my order made sure everything was right, especially with a couple special requests. Definitely coming back—this place is a hidden gem.
