- MMMore2 days ago1.0I am requesting an immediate review of a serious customer-service incident involving Charlotte, the manager at the Chick-fil-A located at Flamingo Road and Fort Apache Road in Las Vegas. The cashier handed me a cup of Sprite that leaked all over my clothing. Please see the attached photographs showing the condition of my clothes. My food order was also missing several items, forcing me to walk back and forth multiple times just to receive what I had already paid for. I felt like I was at a restaurant repeatedly searching for a waiter who never came to check on the table. This was a major inconvenience, not a minor mistake. When I reported these problems to Charlotte, Charlotte showed no concern and made no meaningful effort to resolve the situation. Charlotte did not offer an apology, replace our meal, refund the purchase, or provide any compensation. What made Charlotte’s response especially upsetting was that I explained how the incident affected my autistic daughter, who has significant touch sensitivity. I had to remain in wet clothing while repeatedly going back and forth for the missing items. The discomfort and disruption became overwhelming for my daughter. Because Charlotte failed to address the situation, we had to leave without being able to stay and enjoy the meal we paid for. I have interacted with other managers at this location and have never received treatment like this. Charlotte’s dismissive response was a terrible representation of Chick-fil-A’s commitment to hospitality, respect, accuracy, and customer care. I am requesting: 1. A formal review of Charlotte’s handling of this incident 2. Contact from the restaurant’s Owner-Operator or district leadership 3. A full refund for our meal 4. A Chick-fil-A gift card or comparable compensation for the substantial inconvenience and ruined dining experience 5. Appropriate reimbursement for cleaning or replacing my affected clothing 6. Confirmation that this complaint has been documented and addressed with Charlotte Please preserve and review any available surveillance footage from the date and time of my visit, including my repeated trips to the counter. I would appreciate a prompt written response explaining how Chick-fil-A intends to resolve this matter.

Byron greeted me with a smile, was incredibly patient, attentive, and kind, and made sure my order was fresh and correct. I also want to recognize Terrence, the night manager. Terrence provides exceptional service as well, and you can see that leadership reflected in the team. Between Terrence’s leadership and Byron’s hospitality, Chick-fil-A has hired a great team at this location. I recently moved to this area, and Byron and Terrence have already made this Chick-fil-A feel like my neighborhood location. Terrence and Byron are creating the kind of welcoming and remarkable experience that keeps customers coming back. Thank you, Byron and Terrence, for representing Chick-fil-A so well. I will definitely be back.
