If you’re going to promote appreciation for healthcare workers, it should be honored consistently, not selectively. Otherwise, it feels misleading. A little honesty and followthrough would go a long way.

Especially when you go out of your way to be nice to these employees knowing how the food service industry is. So don't have any questions nothing, because thats an inconvenience to them. Its disgusting that chick-fil-a allows this behavior. Because they obviously do if it's gone on for months. Their restaurants core values/mission statement is complete B.S. Reluctantly I spoke to a lead about a situation, but because I need to email exactly what I told them, I'll never go back Why jump through hoops? When this all shouldn't of ever been a conversation and transactions can be verified. Get your disrespectful kid staff together please speak to them, train them better. Or employ better mannered teens, I know they're out there. They just don't employ them at this location.
