  I want to thank Jake for the excellent customer service he provided today around 5:30 PM on May 18th regarding my Chick-fil-A order. I was honestly very surprised by how patient, kind, and professional he was. He explained everything clearly without rushing, which I truly appreciated because sometimes things can be explained too fast. He understood me right away and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Customer service like this is rare, and I really hope he gets recognized for his outstanding service. Thank you again, Jake!

  Please read: I ordered 2 meals. I got the entrees and drinks for both meals but only one order of fries. Simple mistake…no biggie. I went in to collect the other fries explaining my order was incorrect. The cashier told me it was correct bc they didn’t order the second one as a meal, just the drink and the tenders. Thinking she was going to simply correct the issue and apologize for the mistake, her demeanor was as if I seriously was trying to get free fries out of cfa. Her attitude shifted my mood which is my fault bc I should never allow others, no matter how rude they are, shift my mood. THANKFULLY, a lovely lady in a black shirt must have seen me looking upset and was really friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. I will say that MOST of the time, the experience is always pleasant at this location but, Melinda (the name on the receipt for the fries) with the dark hair and glasses almost made me not want to go back bc I hate awkward experiences. But I’m thankful that most of the staff is great!

  Not a big fan of this place but I needed to eat something that lacked any seasoning so I wouldn't further upset my stomach. The service is always good at these places.

  I’ve been a regular at this place, but the most frustrating part for me is the front desk, especially some of the female staff. When customers walk in, they often don’t greet you warmly or acknowledge you right away. I’m not sure if they’re actually that busy, but even a simple “please wait a moment” would make a difference.The food quality is also inconsistent. The same item can be good one time but disappointing another time.I really dislike the blueberry cheesecake. I honestly don’t know who even likes it. I’ve clearly asked for no blueberry in my order, but it still shows up sometimes, which is very frustrating.Overall, I feel the service at this restaurant really needs improvement, although most other aspects are still decent.

  Anyet was the bomb! She corrected each error with maximum efficiency! She definitely took great care of us. She was professional and caring. I appreciate her above and beyond customer service. She deserves a raise for certain. I’ll be returning just of the simple fact that she’s the best. Thank you ☺️
