I was very pleased to have the honor Erin serving me this morning at Chick-fil-A golden nugget casino. She was sweet and beyond efficient. I spoke to both her and her manager and told him how wonderful they were. I appreciate that very much.

All'interno dell'hotel quindi più pulito di altri. Per essere un fast food fa un buon pollo. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Persone veloce e gentile.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, not only do they have the best team members. They have the best message and the best food. I love their classic chicken sandwich and they’re waffle fries but David actually loves their chicken nuggets and their new sandwiches with the pimento cheese on them. They’re definitely a must try, highly recommend.

The Chick‑fil‑A inside the Golden Nugget is not a restaurant; it’s a fast‑food Thunderdome where chicken, despair, and chaos all show up wearing name tags. Much like the Starbucks around the corner, this has to be one of the worst food‑service gigs a human can pull in their lifetime. You’re wedged inside a busy casino hallway, right next to the hotel carnies in polos who are selling show tickets, timeshares, “exclusive offers,” and possibly whatever else fits in their pockets and doesn’t show up on a background check. You can literally **see** people taking the long way around these sales vultures just to get to their waffle fries in peace. Folks are zig‑zagging through the seating area like they’re avoiding lasers in a heist movie, clutching Chick‑fil‑A bags like stolen treasure. The storefront itself looks deceptively normal: - Shiny red tile along the front. - Packed seating area with people crushed together like it’s Thanksgiving at a relative’s house you don’t really like. - High‑top tables and booths completely full of tourists, kids, and casino refugees all gnawing on chicken like this is their last safe meal before more bad decisions. Behind the counter, you’ve got the classic glowing menu boards, the ice cream/milkshake machine humming away, stacks of bags ready for deployment, and one lone cashier standing in front of it all like a soldier who has seen every possible form of humanity and is not impressed. My wife and I ordered: - Spicy chicken sandwiches - Chicken tenders - A cookies‑and‑cream milkshake The cashier took our order promptly, hit all the “my pleasure” notes, and tried very hard to put on a good attitude—but anyone with a functioning brain could tell she was one bad order away from starting a riot room in the building. The kind of energy that says, “If one more man in cargo shorts argues about sauces, I’m flipping the milkshake machine.” And speaking of sauces… Patience at this location is not optional—it’s a survival trait. You’ve got: - Drunks staring at the menu like they’re reading Shakespeare. - People who cannot, under any circumstances, decide between ranch, honey mustard, or Polynesian. - Children who very clearly should *not* be in Vegas “on vacation,” running on sugar and bad parenting decisions. The staff has to deal with every flavor of chaos: crying kids, lost gamblers, hangry adults, sauce philosophers, and the occasional person trying to eat a chicken sandwich with one hand while buying show tickets with the other. That’s not food service—that’s crisis management. Through all of that, they still got our food out hot and correct: - Spicy sandwiches actually had spice. - Tenders were solid, crispy, and vanished too fast. - Cookies‑and‑cream milkshake tasted like emotional support in cup form. Is it peaceful? Absolutely not. You’ve got: - People yelling over slot machine noise. - Lines that form, disband, and reform like migrating birds. - Tourists camping at tables long after their fries are gone, scrolling on their phones like they pay rent there. But somehow, this crew keeps it running. Orders go out. Milkshakes get made. Nobody jumps over the counter (that we saw), and the entire operation survives another day inside a casino food court that feels like it was designed by someone who hates silence. Honestly? I have **a ton** of respect for them. If you can work Chick‑fil‑A in the Golden Nugget—surrounded by drunks, indecisive sauce addicts, over‑stimulated kids, and timeshare predators—and still say “my pleasure” without bursting into flames… you’re not just an employee. You’re a frontline hero in the war against hungry chaos. Chicken’s good. Milkshake’s great. Atmosphere is unhinged. The staff? Saints, just one customer away from snapping—and still showing up anyway.
