Crispy on the outside, tender inside, with that sweet-just-enough, tangy punch that keeps your fork going back for “one more bite” about six times. But let’s talk appetizers, because they absolutely refused to be overshadowed. The potstickers were next-level incredible. Golden, crisp bottoms with juicy, flavor-packed filling that honestly could’ve stolen the whole show if everything else wasn’t equally amazing. And the pork belly bao? Soft, pillowy buns hugging rich, melt-in-your-mouth pork… a combination that felt borderline unfair to other appetizers everywhere. What really tied it all together was the service. Leo and Maryanne were the kind of staff you wish you could take to every restaurant. Warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and memorable in the best way. This wasn’t just a good dinner. It was one of those meals you replay in your head later, smiling at random bites you remember. I’ll absolutely be back.
