Possibly the best Indian food I’ve ever had! All three dishes my group ordered were SO GOOD. Chicken was tender; spices were warm and enjoyable; naan was perfectly soft and crisp. We also got the chance to meet the famous chef behind it, VJ, he was so kind and invested in our dining experience.
I’m visiting for a couple weeks and think I’ll have to go back again during my time here. I would highly recommend to anyone! :)

I loved the goat 🐐 biriyani 😊 and rayta! Super 😍 and delicious 🤤😋🤤
Edit: I just found a hair in my biriyani. We are paying a hefty price for premium food, and I don't think I deserve to see a man's hair in my food. I saw the chef yesterday, and he's an Indian man. I would strongly recommend wearing a head cap when he cooks food so your place keeps running smoothly 🙂 cover your head, man! It's your responsibility.
The food is still great, but I lowered my rating just because you ruined my meal.

Had a great experience at Chaska Indian Restaurant! The food was full of authentic flavors. The Vada Pav was delicious, and the Amritsari Chole Kulcha was the highlight of the meal—soft, flavorful kulchas paired with perfectly spiced chole.
Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. Special mention to Chef Raam for bringing such authentic flavors to the table. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great Indian food in Las Vegas!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The North Indian, Hindi-speaking waiter was extremely rude and unprofessional when we asked a few simple questions.
We were told that the chef and another staff member were not working, so we politely asked who would be preparing the food. The waiter replied that he would make it himself. When we asked whether he was the chef or was simply going to prepare the food, he responded rudely, saying, “You need food, that’s it. I will make it.”
His attitude became even worse when we asked a few more questions about the food. He said, “If you want to eat, eat. Otherwise, leave. It’s your wish.” This is completely unacceptable customer service. As paying customers, we have every right to ask who is preparing the food and whether a qualified chef is available.
The waiter was arrogant, disrespectful, and dismissive, and he made us feel extremely unwelcome. Instead of answering politely, he acted as though customers asking basic questions were bothering him. A restaurant should treat customers with respect and professionalism, not tell them to eat or leave.
Because of his rude and unacceptable behavior, we decided not to order anything. We immediately left the restaurant and went to another restaurant instead. Management should seriously look into this employee’s behavior and provide proper customer service training. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. His attitude completely ruined our visit.
