I recently dined at the Chart House on Saturday, May 2nd. We were going to a show and wanted an early dinner. We had 5:15 reservations and my new guests loved the table near the aquarium.Service was impeccable. I had highly recommended the Chart House as I had dinner there about 6 months prior. FOOD - Appetizer - calamari appetizer, OK. Lots of flavor, a little salty. DINNER *Miso black cod, in my previous meal, and suggested that was the go to meal, but what was served had little miso flavor. The cod was dry and tasted like it was freezer burned. SALTY *I had the seafood platter. Calamari and shrimp tasted like potato chips. Way overdone and only tasted the crunch. Lobster tail? Greasy but WELL done. So SALTY, I could not taste, but only knew it was crunchy. *King Salmon, flavorless, overcooked. Why didn't I say anything at the time of the meal? I was hoping my wife and guests got an "OK" meal. On the way home, after dropping off our guests, my wife and I talked how good the show was great, but agreed that that was the worst meal we have had for a long time. When I saw my buddy, the next day, the first thing that he said was, "great show, terrible dinner. "everything was SALTY". 1 appetizer, one side, no booze, almost 300.00. Felt bad when I suggested to split the bill. Left good tip for service only.........

Had dinner with friends here this past weekend and omg I’ll be talking about it until the next time we come to Las Vegas! The ambiance, the service, the food, the proximity to Fremont Street are all 10/10!

Service and atmosphere were terrific. Food not so much. Clam chowder was excellent. Salmon was average at best. Would probably not return. Price for food did not match.
