  We were in the mood for Mexican food and we heard that this was a good place to go to. It is located at the Wynn & Encore Resort. The vibe is a stunning, high energy restaurant with cascading marigolds and vibrant colors thruout. We loved the gorgeous decor and the look! Our server, Stanley, was excellent, friendly and attentive thruout. We both ordered the same thing: Chicken Tinga Enchiladas and an Adults Only tequila drink. Our drinks were very good but unfortunately our main was disappointing. It simply didn't taste very good . The flavor was off. We ate it anyway because we were hungry and in a hurry to get to the Backstreet Boys concert at the Sphere. We didn't have time to wait for a redo of our meal. Next time we go there, we will just order something else and give them another chance. We had a good time there.

This extraordinary balance extends seamlessly from the kitchen directly to the floor. The front-of-house team delivers impeccable service from the moment you step through the doors. The waitstaff is remarkably smooth, attentive, and knowledgeable, guiding the meal with a warm, effortless grace that lets you fully immerse yourself in the magic. I was so sad when my dinner ended. I can't wait to come back.

  Everything about Casa Playa was impressive. The service by Juan was stellar. The ambience was stellar. And the food was incredible. The appetizers were the amazing. We had the yellow fin tuna tartar and the squash which was the standout. The branzino and the chocolate waffle taco were amazing. The only thing that lacked a little flavor were the chicken tinga enchiladas. Overall an excellent experience.

  Memorable dinner especially for me more than hubby, nice venue with upbeat vibe at Encore. Fire roasted table side salsa, house made chips, baby gem salad and the drinks were all solid and delicious. My branzino was grilled to perfection with skin so crispy with tender, flaky and moist inside, seasoning just right with bright lime and cilantro notes. Hubby’s enchilada was good, nothing too special. All servers were exceptional and attentive, I would expect nothing less for a Wynn establishment. Do not hesitate.

  We initially had a negative experience. However, the manager Justin called our cell phone and was extremely apologetic and made things right. He even gave us his personal cell phone number if we needed anything. We were very impressed. Awesome to see a company take accountability. We will definitely be back!
