  Wanted a quick dinner to eat and bring back to my room - didn’t have huge expectations and was still largely disappointed. Paul, I believe took our order at the bar and was an absolute doll. Such great friendly vibes for him - had to rate him 5 stars. The food on the other hand was not good. I made the mistake of ordering the wonton dumpling soup (I was feeling under the weather) and for $21 I got 2 half litre containers that came with 3 hard dumplings, one single stock of bok choy. The meal was worth $10 at best. Maybe the dine in portion is larger? My sister got a salad which was mediocre. We felt largely ripped off. Go to PF Changs across the casino instead.

  Good place worthy of visiting. We played few games as well. enjoyed the food. They have good options and moreover theh serves well. Polite and well trained. Over all I recommend this place.   Woo was great! Our server Woo was awesome, the manager is the reason for the low service stars. Drinks were great! They don’t have milk alternatives like soy or oat milk instead of cream for the coffee. Very behind the times in that regard! 🤦‍♀️ I spoke with the manager & he totally brushed me off that “I’ve worked here 15 years & this is the first time I’ve heard of it.” Bald dude with a goatee. Vero condescending.

  We ate at Café Hollywood three times during our visit to Las Vegas, and every meal was consistently good. I had the Loco Moco twice, and on another morning I tried the American Tradition eggs breakfast, all delicious and cooked just right. My wife really enjoyed their French toast, which became her go‑to. The service stood out each time. The waiters and busboys were always attentive, friendly, and quick to help, no matter how busy it was. That level of consistency is rare, especially in Vegas. Prices reasonable for being Vegas. Overall, we had great experiences every visit and would definitely recommend Café Hollywood.

  Englisch + Deutsch My visit to the Planet Hollywood Café at the Planet Hollywood Hotel in Las Vegas was absolutely wonderful—especially thanks to our waitress, Hilda. From the moment we arrived, she gave us a warm welcome and made sure we felt comfortable right away. Hilda was attentive throughout, incredibly friendly, and always available whenever we needed something—without ever being intrusive. What stood out most was her positive attitude and willingness to help: she patiently guided us through the menu and gave excellent recommendations. We were dining with two babies, and Hilda went above and beyond here as well. She took great care to make sure something suitable was prepared for them and was always attentive to our needs as a family. This made our visit so much easier and far more enjoyable. The service was fast and professional, and you could tell she truly cares about what she does. This level of dedication is rare to find. Thanks to Hilda, our visit became a real highlight. If I return to Planet Hollywood, I truly hope to be served by her again. Highly recommended! Schon beim Ankommen hat sie uns herzlich empfangen und sofort dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Hilda war durchgehend aufmerksam, unglaublich freundlich und immer zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas brauchten – ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre positive Ausstrahlung und ihre Hilfsbereitschaft: Sie hat uns geduldig bei der Auswahl der Speisen beraten und tolle Empfehlungen gegeben. Wir waren mit zwei Babys dort, und auch hier hat Hilda sich außergewöhnlich engagiert. Sie hat sich liebevoll darum gekümmert, dass für die Kleinen etwas Passendes zubereitet wird, und hatte dabei immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Wünsche. Das hat uns den Aufenthalt enorm erleichtert und sehr entspannt gemacht. Der Service war schnell und professionell, und man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihren Job mit Leidenschaft macht. Solch ein Engagement findet man nicht überall! Dank Hilda wurde unser Besuch zu einem echten Highlight. Wenn ich wieder im Planet Hollywood bin, hoffe ich sehr, erneut von ihr bedient zu werden. Absolut empfehlenswert!
