    I came in to eat with my family at this location for the first time. We ordered 20 wings, and after eating about half of them, we noticed that some of the wings still had feathers attached. When I brought this to manager Darrin’s attention, I expected the issue to be handled professionally. Unfortunately, his attitude made an already unpleasant situation even worse. I asked for the wings with feathers to be removed from my bill. Instead, Darrin told me that I would have to give him the 10 wings we had eaten back in order for him to remove that from the bill. He then offered what I felt was a completely inadequate discount rather than actually resolving the problem. The service was also disappointing. The server who initially helped me seemed to ignore my table from the moment I was seated. It was my niece’s 6th birthday, so I asked whether they did anything special for birthdays. I was told they didn’t. However, shortly afterward, I watched the same server give another table a free cheesecake and wish someone at that table a happy birthday. That was frustrating and felt very inconsistent. She then came to the table with a scoop of ice cream for her she said was “free” and that she wouldn’t bill us for it (which was very nice of her) but after addressing the wing situation and Darrin giving us a $3 discount I noticed he then added the scoop of “free” ice cream onto the bill….. What really made this experience worse was how Darrin handled the complaint. A manager has the opportunity to turn a bad experience around, but instead, his attitude and response made the situation even more frustrating. He could have easily resolved the issue and left me feeling heard as a customer, but he did the exact opposite. Between receiving wings with feathers still attached, poor service, and an unprofessional response from management, I left extremely disappointed. As someone who’s worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, I understand how customer complaints can be annoying sometimes but resolving issues and fixing a bad experience is what management is there to do not make the situation worse and respond as unprofessionally as Darrin did. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

    I was disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our child picked up the tablet that was already sitting on the table and started playing what looked like a simple arcade game. There was no clear warning, explanation, or notification that using it would result in a charge. When our bill arrived, we noticed an unexpected fee for the game. What was even more disappointing was the manager’s response. Instead of apologizing for the confusion or acknowledging that the charge wasn’t clearly communicated, there was no effort to make the situation right. A simple explanation before the game starts would prevent this from happening to other families. It’s not about the fee, it’s about transparency and customer service. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings improves how these charges are communicated to guests.

    Me and a few buddies came today to watch the ufc fight and argentina soccer game one of my friends who’s muslim gets the bacon burger with no bacon waitress comes out brings the burger and says no bacon he says yes later on there’s bacon manger comes out and instead of apologizing says why did you get the bacon burger if your muslim I see my friend almost in tears and I say why are you question him can you please just fix it off the check manger goes and i quote “who the hell was talking to you don’t make me get disrespectful i’ll throw you out” I’m speechless he goes back to grilling my friend when i go i can’t believe you speaking to me like this i’m a paying costumer then he says okay then you have to go. My friends say if he goes we all go we end up paying our check and leaving the waitress was very kind but the manger is a horrible person who can’t own up to their mistakes. Please do better.
