  I’d give this place zero stars if I could. We came early to watch the UFC fight and were first seated in the back with the promise that we would later get a table near the big screens. The food was very disappointing, especially the burgers, but we stayed because we were there for the fight, not the food….. see pictures posted please

  This place has gotten so bad ! I just worked a 12 hour shift and was craving chicken wings. I got to the bar just after 1am. The bartender took my order and then literally disappeared - I did not see her a single time after that and I was there for over 30 minutes. It looked like the bartender had her friend there waiting for her literally sleeping on a freeking table in a snuggie the entire time I was there ! I had to ask the barback in the red shirt who looked like an absolute slob to go get her for me and see if my food was done and she said everything is cooked to order right now and it will be another 10 minutes. I asked her to just box them up for me because at this point it was 1:40am. She brought them out shortly after - no bartender to be found - and they were COLD !! This lady straight lied to my face, took the wings and said she would be right back and walked over to the kitchen. They totally forgot about my order, then lied about it, and did not do anything to rectify the situation. I was so mad at that point I just got up and left and the bar back yelled to me “have a good night !!”. What a disgusting place and an all around TERRIBLE staff. Gotta say I’m done with this establishment there’s so many other places that don’t operate like this.

  VGK won their home game that we attended. Ridiculous Manger refused to honor the wing special stating we had to come back “48hrs after the game” which is completely inaccurate. We had already ordered over $20 in other items and she chose to turn down our entire service than honor the VGK commitment when they win a game and you spend $10, etc. Poor choice! We were regulars at that location and have never had such a dissatisfying experience. Send her back to management training and perhaps a crew refresher on the promotion that I’m sure BWW pays a pretty penny to promote at the VGK game.

  Don't bother. Nobody attends to the desk when you walk in so you will be standing there forever until somebody decides to appear and take your order or seat you.
