  The service here sucks, the host was rude the waitress was rude, there were 4 of us and we all agreed and decided to go somewhere else. I definitely wouldn’t even bother.

  Visited on 05/17/2026, 20:37 This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. The Hispanic woman with purple hair working at the bar area seriously needs additional customer service training. From the very beginning, her attitude was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She acted like taking orders was a burden and made us feel unwelcome the entire time. The most frustrating part was that takeout orders and dine-in/bar orders were handled in different places, but SHE was the one who gave us the wrong instructions. Because of her mistake, we were sent back and forth multiple times and had to repeat our order over and over again. Despite clearly causing the confusion herself, she refused to acknowledge her mistake or apologize even once. Instead, she continued responding with an irritated and disrespectful attitude throughout the entire interaction. We ended up waiting far longer than necessary because of her confusion and poor communication. As Asian customers, we also genuinely felt like we were being treated differently compared to other customers around us. Whether intentional or not, the attitude and tone we received felt incredibly disrespectful and uncomfortable. I’ve visited many restaurants during this trip, and this was by far one of the most unpleasant experiences. Very disappointing, especially from a well-known brand like Buffalo Wild Wings. Management should seriously review the customer service standards and professionalism at this location.

  Rude waitress, needed to ask multiple times for simple things and the way she responded was condescending. Food was okay at best, not tasty for the prices. Got charged extra for games we did not played and apparently we were obliged to pay for it. Don’t recommend this location. Mid food and worst service

  We are on vacation in Vegas and decided to use Uber Eats for the first time due to not having a rental car. This location left all the sauces off our order and said they wouldn’t do anything about it unless we walked down there to get the sauces. We are several miles away from them. Poor management and poor customer service! Save your $ and stay away from this place! Absolute trash! Soggy fries and boneless wings are very dry. Old wings I bet! Gross!
