We came in at 1 pm (party of 2) and told us it was going to be a 40 minute wait despite the fact that over half the restaurant was empty. So we tried to sit at the bar where we could get food and the bartender Samuel doesn’t even acknowledge that we’re there! He locks eyes with me, doesn’t even give me a menu or at least say “ hey I’ll be right with you”. I would have been fine if he just gave me a menu because he at least acknowledged I sat down but It’s like I wasn’t even there. The last straw for me was when I saw the customer service and etiquette on this man. He was taking his customers orders from across the bar, did not even come up to them so he could properly hear what these people were saying because I myself couldn’t hear what the bartender was saying from where we were, I can’t imagine those other people. On top of that he’s leaning over the computer, slouching, hands on his hips. Doesn’t even make an effort to come over to his customers he was already taking orders for. I don’t know about you guys but the bartenders I’m used to come up to you face to face to take your order and greet you when you sit down. Horrible atmosphere, awful customer service. And like I said, didn’t even get to try the food. Neither Samuel or that establishment deserved my money.

My daughter pizza came out before any of the rest of our and then finally when we got our mail which I got the big city was the worst tasting big city I’ve ever had in my life then the appetizer came out. I was not impressed. I’ve had better and will not go to this place ever again.
