We had a wonderful experience at Brio. The food was good, reasonably priced and the service was friendly and attentive. Our server, Michelle, deserves special mention for making it so pleasant.

I am very disappointed with my experience at Brio Italian Grille at Town Square in Las Vegas.
While walking in the restaurant, fell on what appeared to be a sticky floor. I was accompanied by a friend, who witnessed the event. I reported it to Brio employees who took pictures and agreed it was swollen and could be broken. As a result of the fall, I sought medical attention and incurred expenses.
What disappointed me most was how the situation was handled afterward. I requested an incident report, but one was not provided to me, and my claim was ultimately denied. I had hoped the company would take my concerns seriously and treat the situation fairly. The manager agreed with me and said we will take care of the matter here and that the insurance company was wrong. This went on for a few weeks. Now she won’t take or return my calls despite promising me that “she will take care of it.” She had also previous told me I would be receiving a call from a district manager to help take care of it. That call never came.
I understand that accidents can happen, but I believe businesses have a responsibility to maintain safe conditions for their guests and to handle incidents with transparency, honesty, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this restaurant.
I hope Brio reviews its safety procedures and customer service practices so that other guests do not have a similar experience.

First the good part as honestly this is quick. The water was cold and the lemonade ( menu says homemade )was refreshing. Other than that this was a disappointment from beginning to end. If you are looking for a mindless, inconsistent, and bland experience with Italian food than this place is for you.
Atmosphere: very loud. We were three couples and could not hear the server clearly at our table due to the noise level. There was music playing which did not help. There were also strings of lights near the ceiling that kept blinking in random order. Perhaps these are malfunctioning. They did not make any sense to us and did not seem to belong. If they are malfunctioning then these should be fixed to lessen distraction or at least make it consistent.
Service: We weren't offered any specials by our server. I wouldn't have asked except the table next to us got separate menus with specials on them. Once I saw them I wondered what the specials were so I asked. Again we were three couples so a deal for two for $50 may have been welcoming if offered. Perhaps the special isn't all that special and just exists so that there is one. Customers don't like it when they are left out of something though. The bread brought to our table hadn't been cut all the way through. With no bread knife to cut with we were left with our hands or whatever we had. For a restaurant to offer bread and miss a small detail like cutting it is difficult to understand. The butter presented on the plate was hard and unspreadable. It just tore through bread as you tried to spread it.
A table near us was not level. The two people had a young child with them and after one employee failed to fix the issue the two people had to switch seats to minimize the table moving. They did find another employee who got it level and they didn't have any other issues. But how does this happen?? With as many hands that touch a table during and a single service how was this not discovered fixed or reported to management. Maybe it was reported but someone neglected to fix it which meant the customer had a subpar experience.
More about the food later. I left part of my salad on my plate due to the quality. The plate stayed on the table through the entire meal. Not once did the server offer to remove the plate. And I was sitting next to the wall so had limited space for plates. The server didn't ask if I was done or if I liked it or had any concerns about it. Everyone else had their salad plates removed. We had made sure that it was clear were three separate checks. But the bill was presented all on one. When reminded, she had to divide it up at the table. The bill for us was given to my wife which isn't normal at most restaurants. It doesn't matter to me except that the other husbands were given the bill to pay and not their wives. I saw desert being taken to other tables but we weren't offered desert at the end of our meal. Every restaurant we go to has always offered desert as a rule. This time we got no offer so we didn't get any.
Food: I was really looking forward to a Caesar salad. Almost ordered the full Caesar salad even though it was a mind blowing $22. Instead I got the pasta brio also $22 with the Caesar added on. My salad had large white pieces of lettuce and romaine lettuce veins in it. Hardly any green pieces. Non existent parmesan cheese as well. The other person at my table noted the lack of cheese as well but their salad composition was better. Again inconsistencies that were not caught by kitchen staff, service, or management. An Italian restaurant is going to need a good Caesar salad and this was simply not. My pasta dish was bland and over priced. This is a flaw with Italian restaurants in general. The main course was priced too high and without cause.
This chain strikes me as a restaurant merely manning the mindless revolving door of customers with no attempt to bring them back. You can find a better experience, food, and caring somewhere else.

Brio was one of our favorite spots when we used to live here. We recently moved back to LV, and we decided because we had our first date here, we wanted to come back here for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We were so happy to see that they were still in business after all these years. Let me start by saying…THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! The staff had us speechless from the second we walked in, all the way to the end when we walked out! They knew beforehand that we were there to celebrate a very special occasion so they sat us in the back to provide a little privacy. The lighting was dim and ambiance was perfect. The table was lit with candles with a small bouquet of flowers, all done as a surprise by the restaurant (we were told specifically by Ina, the manager). She came out to greet us and to make sure everything was perfect, she was really sweet! It really set the mood. We had the pleasure of having Jen as our server. And OMG, the service was impeccable! Words cant even explain how amazing she was to us! She was extremely personable which made our time there even more enjoyable. The food, from the appetizers, to our main dish was absolutely delicious, as always. The entire staff was attentive, friendly and very respectful. At the end, right before we could ask for our check, they surprised us with a special gift (as if the candles, flowers and amazing service wasn’t enough) Jen came with a huge dessert with sparklers to help celebrate our anniversary and to add to that, Ina brought out my favorite dessert because Jen overheard my husband say it was my favorite. 🥰
In the past, this restaurant was always our favorite spot to dine at for lunch and dinner. Even when we were in town visiting, we would make an effort to dine here. Now, after THIS specific experience, Brio really set the bar high! I’m not sure any other restaurant (fancy or not) could top the experience we had. We will definitely be back again and we are definitely requesting for Jen to be our server.
We highly recommend Brio for all occasions!
Thank you Ina, Jen and the rest of the staff for making our special night so memorable!
