  This store has really good customer service. The crew is a vibe and friendly. What I like the most about this location is they did not mind making my food fresh and communicated often on how much longer it would take. It is always welcoming when you see employees ALWAYS smiling. Great friendly team leaders as well. Keep up the good work.

  As a southerner, I’ve been going to Bojangles my whole life (I’m 47), so I feel like I have a good idea of what a good Bojangles is. I live in Utah now, so this was a welcome sight on our trip to Vegas. This is probably the best one I’ve ever been to. Biscuits were big/delicious, bo rounds were perfect, have no real complaints, other than no Bojangles out here do fried chicken piece boxes.

  ​Poor customer service and refusal to honor company promotions. ​I visited this location to use an official marketing promotion directly from the Bojangles app. Despite having the active deal ready on my phone, the store manager completely refused to accept or honor it. ​Instead of addressing the issue professionally or trying to work out a solution, the manager displayed zero interest in basic customer service, offering an dismissive attitude and wasting my time. Why advertise app-exclusive deals and loyalty rewards if store leadership refuses to honor them at the register? ​If you plan on using app offers, rewards points, or corporate promotions, avoid this location. The lack of professionalism and refusal to support their own brand’s marketing is disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

  I’ve been gone for a couple of years, so it’s crazy coming back and seeing how much Bojangles has expanded. As a Charlotte, NC native, I grew up loving Bojangles — it was always one of those things I looked forward to when coming home. This Las Vegas location is definitely more dolled up, but to me, it feels watered down and lacks some of the “Southernness” that made Bojangles feel like Bojangles. Even seeing the Cajun Filet Biscuit renamed the “Bo’ Chicken Biscuit” threw me off. I understand expanding and adapting to new markets, but it’s disappointing to see a Southern restaurant that’s been around since 1977 lose some of the language and personality tied to its roots. The restaurant itself didn’t give me that familiar Southern, back-home feeling — but thankfully, the food still did. That Cajun kick was there, and that’s ultimately what I came for.
