  Disappointing first experience at Bojangles. I placed an online pickup order and was excited to finally try it, but the customer service was terrible. When I walked in, I received zero acknowledgment from any employee, no greeting, no eye contact, nothing; even though the restaurant was dead inside. The chicken was good, but nothing special. Between the lack of basic customer service and average food, it definitely wasn’t worth the visit and not somewhere I’d be eager to return.

  Wasted my whole lunch before even getting my food. I placed an online order. I waiting to take my lunch until the site said it was ready to pick up since I work close. I got there my food wasnt ready, the guy said it was almost done. 30 mins later I actually get my food. He said he will "make it right" and all that was is a blueberry biscuit. I don't even like blueberry, didn't even upsize my side or drink. Thought I could have a regular lunch spot. Guess I'll keep looking because I will not be back.

  5 stars for Jessica! She’s an amazing cashier with a great attitude. The food was fresh, the order was perfectly packed with all the extras I asked for, and the service was super fast. Highly recommend!

  1st time here 😁, Crew is Fun ☺️ and good atmosphere.... can't wait to taste the food..! Lemonade was good !! Biscuit was the best I have Had in a while 😄 And as for the Cost, it was not expensive, so you can bring the kids and eat reasonably.....! Almost forgot about the "Potato Tots" what ever you have with the Seasoning, keep it up....!
