  I have looking for a place to get biscuits and gravy. So glad I found Bojangles. The food is delicious. Got the chicken biscuit and the biscuits and gravy. Everything tasted so good. The chicken was crispy, they give you enough gravy for 2 biscuits. I recommend adding a second biscuits. Staff is friendly as well. Place is very clean.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Bojangles! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service from Xevyn. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of with a great attitude and a genuine smile. Employees like Xevyn make such a difference and are a great representation of Bojangles. She definitely deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service! I truly appreciated her kindness and will absolutely be back. 🐔❤️

  My experience will definitely have me returning, the customer service of the staff especially Chris and Neli who assisted my group when the kiosk had froze. They made sure that out experience will have us returning. Thank you Chris and Neli, Great job and customer service skills!

  Serious Food-Safety Concerns at Bojangles on Maryland Parkway I recently visited the Bojangles on Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas and ordered two sausage biscuits. While waiting in the drive-thru, I watched an employee wearing gloves take the customer’s credit card from the vehicle in front of me. Without changing those gloves, he immediately began cutting and preparing my biscuits. Gloves do not protect customers when employees use the same pair to handle payment cards, drive-thru equipment, and ready-to-eat food. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. During a previous visit, I saw another employee wipe down the counter with a gloved hand and then continue preparing my biscuits without changing gloves. I have had enough. Bojangles corporate management, please investigate this location and make sure employees receive proper food-safety training. Gloves must be changed between handling money, credit cards, dirty surfaces, and food. The restaurant also frequently looks as though it is closed, even when it is open. This location could be successful, but its current cleanliness and appearance are hurting the Bojangles name. Please stop this madness and get this restaurant operating safely and professionally.
