Stopped at Bojangles this morning for a chicken sandwich on the fly. Not a car in the parking lot nor in the drive through. Was told it’s “breakfast now”. Asked if there was some reason they couldn’t simply replace the biscuit with a bun? Clearly they were not too busy to manage this minor request. Long pause… was told “I guess so but you’ll have to wait awhile”??? Not hard to understand why they have no business.
Wasn't impressed.
Cashier was outside smoking. Had to wait
He asked about sauce. I declined. He literally added extra sauces to my receipt and charged me anyway!
Fries were cold.
Diet selections at fountain were out
Chicken was great. Biscuit was great. Cookies were great. Everything else fresh and hot.
A friend suggested trying Bojangles, so I finally decided to visit. The place had a nice local feel, and everything looked clean and well organized. Even though there were a few people waiting, the line moved quickly. The staff stayed polite and worked efficiently without making customers feel rushed. Food arrived hot and fresh, and the portion size was good for the price. The dining area was neat, and there was enough seating for both families and small groups. I also appreciated that the washroom and common areas were well maintained. Parking was easy to find right outside the restaurant, which made the visit more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and I can see why many people enjoy coming here regularly.
Helloooo! 😊
I finally tried Bojangles, and the first thing I noticed wasn’t the food—it was that big yellow box with the bold red “Bojangles” lettering. 🚪 The presentation was outstanding! Everything was neatly packed, and it honestly felt like opening a gift instead of takeout.
I ordered the 20-piece chicken tenders, biscuits, dirty rice, mac & cheese, gravy, and fries.
The chicken tenders were tender and crispy but needed a little more seasoning. The dirty rice was a little too “clean” 😂 because there wasn’t much ground beef in it. I mean it was like tiny sprinkles. The biscuits tasted homemade and were one of my favorite items.
The gravy didn’t have much flavor, and the mac & cheese was the biggest letdown.
The fries were crispy outside, soft inside, and delicious. That sweet tea was so good it made me want to invite a few friends over so we could sit for a spell. 🥤
Overall, I’d give Bojangles 3⭐️ out of 5. Great presentation, a few tasty items, and a few that missed the mark.
Would I order again? I haven’t decided. 😊
Anywhoddles… until my next review! 🤗

What a treat! If you're craving authentic Southern fried chicken, oversized biscuits, and sweet tea, you need to put Bojangles on your bucket list.
In my opinion, Bojangles is heads and tails above the competition. The chicken is juicy and flavorful—not like it just came out of a steamer. The biscuits are big, fresh, and satisfying instead of disappearing in one bite, and the chicken portions are generous. Add one of their signature sauces, and you're in for a real treat.
The restaurant was spotless, the service was exceptional, and our food came out with very little wait. My grandson and I were still licking our lips 15 minutes after we left! It was so good that I brought home a four-piece meal for my wife, and after just a few bites her comments quickly matched mine.
If you're looking for great food, friendly service, and excellent value, Bojangles on Rainbow won't disappoint. We'll definitely be back!
