  After living in Las Vegas (LV) for several years, you quickly realize how many different restaurant options you have at your disposal. It doesn't matter what part of the city you reside because there always seems to be one of every ethnic cuisine nearby. That being said, there are an abundance of Mexican restaurants in this city and attempting to try each business is next to impossible, but we can always try. I live in the far Northwest part of LV so traveling to this part of the city doesn't happen that often. My daughter's friend recommended this place to us and of course, we had to try it, especially since it's been a couple weeks since the last time we had Mexican food. Therefore, on 14 Jun 2026, my family and I tried this restaurant for the first time. When we arrived, I was surprised that the restaurant wasn't busy at all. In fact, I was happy that it wasn't as busy because I noticed how small their parking lot was. Although we immediately found a parking spot, I can see other customers struggling to find a spot during peak hours. The dining area wasn't massive by any means but does offer an adequate amount of seating for parties from anywhere between 1-8 people. The restaurant décor was beautiful...though, I wish the restaurant was larger so they can display even more art because it's evident the owner has a profound sense of quality artwork. We ordered Horchata Aguas Frescas, Strawberry Margarita, and Modelo for our drinks; Beef Birria Empanadas for our appetizer; and Beef Birria Nachos, Beef Quesabirria Combo, Goat Birria Combo, one Asada Taco, and one Carnitas Taco for our main entrées. The drinks were wonderful and the appetizer was outstanding! The free chips that were brought out in the beginning didn't taste as fresh as they could be but it wasn't stale by any means...but it wasn't super crispy either. Although, the salsa that accompanied the chips was magnificent! The nachos were prepared to perfection and the Asada Taco was delicious. The flavor of the Carnitas Taco was good; however, I wasn't a fan of the texture - I enjoy my carnitas more when it has some elements of crispiness to it. The Birria Combo was excellent...this was the first time I tried this type of entrée with goat meat and it was the right choice. The rice and beans that accompanied the meat was spectacular! I normally don't eat all the rice and beans but this one made me eat it all because it was just that good. And now the star of the show...the quesabirria...I have just one word to describe it - FLAWLESS! Overall, I loved this restaurant as depicted in my 5-star rating. The food and service was wonderful and the price-to-quality/quantity was reasonable. I don't suspect I'll return to this restaurant anytime soon considering the proximity of the business to my residence...not to mention, I enjoy trying new restaurants every time. However, I am highly recommending this restaurant to all locals and visitors.
