  The food was delicious! The service is amazing, from the moment you're greeted. Chef Johnny was super fun, with the best magic tricks. 10/10 definitely recommend

  Had dinner here with a group of 9, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. A huge shoutout to Chef Papi – he was incredible and really made the experience special. The food, the service, the atmosphere… all perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic meal on the Westgate property. We’ll definitely be back!

  Tonight was one of those nights that just sticks with you. I grew up going to the Benihana in Costa Mesa with my parents, so ending up at the Westgate location (insane interior btw) with them all these years later felt kinda surreal. AJ our server completely made the night! He was so genuine with my parents and just had that energy where you instantly feel comfortable. We ended up talking about his background, family, & jobs he’s had at iconic locations here in LV. He’s been doing this a long time and cares about the people he's serving, it shows. It didn’t feel like a typical restaurant experience but almost like your friends were hosting you at their place for dinner. Food was great like always, but honestly it was the amazing service that stood out the most. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for AJ every time!! You should too 😊

  This is a review of the Westgate Hotel Benihana. My sister ordered the green tea which was a teabag, and when our salad arrived, the dressing had curdled so I told her to stop eating it. We shared a delicious meal, but when I looked over in my water glass, I saw a giant clump of hair - it was disgusting!!! I fished it out with a fork and told my server that I found this in my water and could I please have a fresh water and fresh fork. At the end of the meal, I was so disgusted that I wanted my meal comped and when I asked for the manager, our server denied that she ever saw anything on my fork and just said I handed her a fork. Eventually, the manager did comp my meal, but I would never go back to this location - be sure to check your water and also if the salad dressing has separated!!!
