- LPLily Pom3 days ago2.0“Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The staff seemed very unenthusiastic when we came in, and the ice cream was barely frozen and already melting. The topping counter was also very dirty, which made the store feel poorly maintained. When we asked why the ice cream was melted, we were told they had it sitting out and that’s “just how it is.” Nothing was offered to fix the issue or make things right. Instead of helping unhappy guests, the employees went to the back and stood around laughing and chatting. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness were very disappointing.”

Unfortunately, the employees seemed pretty unhappy that we came in so close to closing, even though they were still open until 10pm. The experience felt a bit uncomfortable because of that. I totally understand wanting to close up for the night, but customers should still feel welcome during posted business hours. Hoping it was just an off night. 🍦

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
