I included a recent familt photo of my eife and the kids for a custom cake. The icing messafe specifically wrote "Happy Birthday Mom" and this kocation placed the upload picture to only inckude the kids with my wife's head cutoff of the cake. Absolutely negligence and lack of quality control of the final product. Do NOT get your cakes from this location.

Because they did a horrible job at training these rude and unprofessional so called workers. I came in tonight to pick up an order around 8:20 pm and it looked like a wack lounge or something inside. Everyone was sitting down just talking and having an in depth conversation about nothing. It definitely wasn’t about customer service. I hadn’t been inside this particular store before so I wasn’t familiar with where they place the pick up items, plus it’s ice cream so it’s usually never sitting out anyways. It’s usually always in the freezer. I walked all the way in and no one greeted me, said hello, or anything to me for that matter. I was actually the one who greeted them first. One girl finally managed to tare herself away from the in depth conversation about nothing and got up to attempt to halfway help me. At least she did go to wash her hands. I’ll at least give her that much. It was taking her a moment so another girl that apparently worked there got up and walked behind the counter toward me. This girl didn’t even look old enough to work, and she’s lucky that she did look so young because that’s the only reason I didn’t check her or be rude back to her and say something slick or disrespectful. For that, and because she reminded me of Punky Brewster from back in the day (so I ain’t think that would’ve been gangster). She did not say one word to me though. When I showed her the order name on my phone she just pointed in the direction of where the pick up orders are located like I was supposed to already know that and she went to sit back down. 1. It was my first time going into this location and 2. who leaves ice cream just sitting out in a pick up location? So of course I went to ask the workers before just assuming that the order was already sitting out ready for pick up. It took all the patience in me to bite my tongue and not call her out of her name. I went to get the melted ice cream and left. I wasn’t going to be disrespectful but I am going to write this review about how horrible the customer service is in this place. How much energy does it take to be polite and greet and treat every customer with respect, and treat every customer the same? Not very much. I didn’t cuss you out but I am gone bust you out. Do better next time because in the error of writing reviews you never know who’s watching and writing. Plus, the way you treated me I’d laugh at you if you were to lose your job.

If they were getting ready to close and didn’t want to serve us ice cream, they should have simply said that. Instead, we were greeted but immediately got an attitude. They told us they were out of strawberry and chocolate, kept talking amongst themselves, and it was very clear they were discussing us. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand stores have closing times and employees want to go home, but if you’re still open and tell a customer that you’re open, customers shouldn’t be made to feel like a problem for coming in. I ended up walking out and going to Smith’s and got my chocolate without any attitude or judgment. Definitely not the customer service I expected from Baskin-Robbins. we will not be back !
- SSsophiaJul 18, 20261.0Very disappointed with my order. I ordered the No Sugar Added Salted Caramel Turtle through DoorDash, but I was given a completely different flavor that contains sugar. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I was already halfway through eating it, so I had already consumed the sugar. The whole reason I ordered the no sugar added option was to avoid sugar, so this was extremely frustrating. If the item wasn’t available, the store should have contacted me instead of substituting it with a different flavor. I expect orders, especially those involving dietary preferences, to be handled much more carefully.

Can I earn visit credits and/or redeem rewards or offers on Delivery transactions?

I ordered on the BR App/BaskinRobbins.com, but I’m not seeing my visit credit – what happened?
Visit credits for orders placed on the BR App and BaskinRobbins.com will be issued at the time of order pickup.
Do my rewards and offers expire?
Yes. To check the expiration date of your rewards/offers, head to the BR App – expiration dates are listed on each reward and offer.
Can I use more than 1 reward or offer in a single transaction?
Yes! You can redeem a combination of up to 3 rewards and offers per transaction. Please note there is a limit of one offer applied per transaction, and always be sure to read each reward or offer’s description and terms for more information on redeeming.
What is the Baskin-Robbins Birthday Club?
The Birthday Club is a free program for our biggest fans. Join and receive special birthday rewards.
Is the Birthday Club just for kids?
No way! The Birthday Club is for anyone who loves ice cream; however, you must be 13 or older to join.
How do I sign up for the Birthday Club?
Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?

Where can I use my Baskin-Robbins gift card?
Our gift cards are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins locations, Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins combo locations and Dunkin’ locations in the U.S. only.

Please treat your Baskin-Robbins gift card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. However, you can register your gift card in the BR App to keep track of it digitally.

Can I get cash back for my unused Baskin-Robbins gift card?
