Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the mistake until I was already halfway through eating it, so I had already consumed the sugar. The whole reason I ordered the no sugar added option was to avoid sugar, so this was extremely frustrating. If the item wasn’t available, the store should have contacted me instead of substituting it with a different flavor. I expect orders, especially those involving dietary preferences, to be handled much more carefully.

What makes this even more confusing is seeing 5-star reviews praising her customer service. Based on our repeated experiences, we honestly don't understand those reviews. Every interaction we've had with Deb has been unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, despite us being respectful customers. Unfortunately, her consistently poor attitude has left a negative impression and we will not be returning there anymore.

The store manager Deb said that she has been there for 5 years and have never seen the coupon. To which I know is not true because I have owned a Baskin-Robbins for many years before and also, have used the similar coupon in other different Baskin-Robbins. She looked at the coupon and she said the coupon was in year 2013. I said, that may be true but there is no expiration date on the coupon. She gave my coupon back and walked away when I was trying to still explain to her about what the coupon stands. She was rude! She turned her back on me and walked away! If she was nice about it, I would have just paid for a pint. Then she kept on yapping on and just totally rude! I left with no ice cream and totally disappointed! This woman does not deserve to work in any Baskin-Robbins!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.

You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
