I called they said they would do nothing for me after I indicated that the cake ruined beautiful birthday pictures. They said they did not have a cake designer and the person did the best to their ability. The best to your ability would to not sell products that do not meet the standard. Shame on you Baskin Robbin’s on Maryland and Silverado Ranch Parkway. Everyone in the Silverado Ranch do yourself a favor and don’t come to this store especially not for cakes.

I ordered 2 ice cream cakes for my mom’s 75th birthday. My boyfriend picked it up for me so I did not get a chance to look at the cakes prior. Had I been the one to pick it up, I would’ve asked for a refund, left the cakes there, and went to a different establishment to get a regular cake. First, the unicorn cake I ordered came with a broken ear. It was very obvious that they tried to use a white cream to piece it back together instead of just replacing it with a new one. The second cake looks NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. It’s not even the same color. It was an absolute embarrassment to pull these cakes out at the party! Lesson learned, always make time to pick up the cake myself and check it before presenting it to others. My boyfriend did say that it looked like a bunch of 12 year olds were running the establishment when he went in, makes sense because it looks like a 12 yr old made these cakes. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!

I was skipped over and they helped another customer who came into the store well after I had while I was waiting in line. And then to top off the visit, the party that was served after me actually was able to receive their order and pay before I was able to. To top it off my order was just a milkshake and the party served after me ordered a scoop and a milkshake. The entire experience had me feeling unwelcomed and not valued. Please avoid unless that is the type of service you wish to receive .

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
