  So the store opens at 9 according to Google and Arbys.com, arrive at 910 drivethru said it's close. Email corporate to ask for refund as it was an online order and no response.

  Food is good as can be expected. No one should expect more than what it is (no one should compare this to any fine dining place). Service was friendly and quick. The whole place is quiet, no background music which, for me, is actually great. I have my own music if I need to listen to anything. I think that everyone should also do the same.

  The roastbeef was cold both of our sandwiches were cold. Barely any cheese on them and very little arby sauce. When we asked for some more and to reheat the food they said they couldn't do that. The person who helped us we think was a manager then came out to the lobby and laid her head and chest on a table and acted like she was going to take a nap. The poor drive thru guy was the only one really working fast even after he spilled some fries he kept going then seen all of the people standing waiting in line. The only thing that was hot was the over cooked jalapeño poppers and they were way over cooked almost burned. We will not be coming back to this location.
