  I ordered the pecan salad chicken sandwich (available all over the automated menu) and was informed they don’t have it anymore and asked me if I’d like anything else I said regular roast beef sandwich. She asked if I wanted a double I said no just a regular single. It came with arby sauce. I asked if they could make one without sauce. They made another put this time put it in a bag to go. When I got home I realized it has cheddar sauce on it. I don’t know if this was deliberate but the alternative seems just as unlikely

  Never got to order they are short stafed so the only want to take orders on the drive threw.... i guess counter orders dont matter anymore.

  They handed me a cold bag of food 2 months in a row a month apart a day apart…. People remember things like that …. What awful floors and walls as well …. Everything is so dirty you can feel crust swarm to your eyes….. I will be reporting this to higher ups as well…. Just TERRIBLE
