  We have been doing the grocery pickup at this store for awhile now. And they occasionally forget an item or two but have always given a refund if an item was missing. My last order was missing over half my groceries (put in my trunk so I didn’t notice before driving away) and some random junk was added that didn’t even have my name on the sticker, or anyone’s name for that matter. I contacted them for a refund and they denied it. I reached out again only for them to take a week to, you guessed it, denied it again. Thanks for stealing my money Albertsons. Not only are the prices higher here than any other grocery store, they will not give you what you paid for. Constantly ripping people off. I only went here because it was the closest store, but I’m going to start driving further to spite this corrupt store.

  I I used to like this store, but now it feels like we work for the grocer while your staff stands around socializing. I've also had two instances where staff insulted me, claiming their Wi-Fi works on their phones for your app and dismissing it as my problem. Yes, AT&T is frustrating, and I have to wait out my contract, but overall, I won't return because shopping here is a hassle. I didn't apply for a job at Albertsons. You need to improve customer service; this isn’t the Covid era anymore, and how customers are treated could harm the chain's reputation. Clearly, profit is prioritized over service, so I'll stick with Aldi.

  im so sorry i only caught the beginning of his name tag (mani), he helped me so much when i stopped in for nasal wash. he grabbed distilled water for me and kept me informed bout how to safely use the wash. went above and beyond - really felt that extra mile. thank you so much sir 🙏

  I’ve been going to this Albertsons for 5 years, and in my opinion, it has gotten worse over time. I’ve had several disappointing experiences at the Albertsons on Rainbow and Buffalo. The store’s management appears disengaged and unprofessional, and customer service consistently reflects that. At the self-checkout area, it often feels like staff would rather socialize with friends than remain attentive to customers who need assistance. In addition, employees moving through the store while cleaning, stocking, or fulfilling online orders frequently do not acknowledge customers or offer basic courtesy, such as saying “excuse me” when passing by. When I try to be polite, I am sometimes met with dirty looks or a rude attitude. The staff assigned to self-checkout also seem unhappy to assist and often come across as impatient or annoyed when help is needed. Overall, this location appears to need stronger leadership and better customer service standards. In my experience, the behavior of the employees seems to reflect the tone set by management, and that has been disappointing.
