  I was helped by Pedro Garcia today for my pickup order. I had said yes to a substitution before remembering it was something I bought multiples of. When Pedro brought my order to the car, I asked if I opened one and didn’t like it could I bring the other two back and he wasn’t sure. Most would have ended it there but he immediately jumped into action offering to swap out the items with something else I might like better so I don’t have to come back if I don’t like it. He said it was no bother and would only take a minute. He went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed and said he was the one that shopped for my order as well. He said that he even searched the warehouse in back for the item and would have had pallets moved if it was there but they were gone. All of your curbside staff are very nice but Pedro’s service today was exceptional and he did it with a huge smile on his face. He is an asset to your team and I wanted to express my appreciation for a job well done!

  This store always sends a little of, and a little more expensive than winco. It is not my regular store, but i felt like a change today. It was hard to find certain things. The lines were long when i went in, so i really didn't want to interrupt the cashiers to ask where owns were. I could not find any employees on the floor to help. Except in the meat dept. They had people out on the floor, it was a well organized dept, and well stocked. One of them spent a few minutes explaining certain cuts of meat for me The store seemed clean. I will just go back to winco next time.

  We have been shopping at this Albertsons for years and love their fried chicken. Last night we picked some up and when we got home it was nothing but burnt up dried up old chicken they should be ashamed to serve this to anyone we couldn’t even eat it we packaged it up and will take it back to the store! If this is how your doing things we won’t be back and will tell everyone we know!

  I've never seen such SMALL chicken parts! I often buy a 4 piece chicken meal at Albertson's competitor and it tastes great and the portions are generous. I was at the Albertsons on 4055 S Durango yesterday and saw interesting looking BBQ chicken at the deli so I bought a 4 piece portion. It was a dollar more than the competitor. At $5 for 4 pieces it wasn't a bargain but I wanted to give Albertsons a try. When I got home I saw the smallest chicken pieces I've ever seen! The breast was the size of a large thigh, the drumstick was tiny. The wing was very small and still had 4 of the large quills from the feathers sticking out. Ugh! The BBQ sauce was good, the meat was over cooked and not fresh tasting. What a disappointment.
