I felt like I was overcharged so I got to my car and checked my receipt.. sure enough I was overcharged so I took my receipt and the items that I was overcharged for. Ol Devin was in customer service and he seemed very confused.. or if he didn't belive i was overcharged even though the receipt and the items was right in front of his face. With all that being said he still didn't seem to believe me so he had to go ask the cashier.. (I guess do she remember charging me) the cashier apologized... mistakes happens. Perfect! I was so unclear what ol Devin needed to clarify seeing as everything was in his face... pretty clear! So after ol Devin did the math on the receipt he decided that I should be refunded for what I was overcharged for... ol Devin failed to refund me for taxes on that 5.57 but it's ok ol Devin can have that. I get it mistakes happen but don't waste my time just refund me so I can get on my way... ol Devin was absolutely horrible! If only customer service was important in these stores... but I know it's not.

- CCCandyMar 31, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I ordered a baby shower cake that was completely ruined and looked nothing like what I requested. This was a very special occasion, and the outcome was unacceptable. I do want to acknowledge that Brandon in the bakery was great when taking the order—professional and helpful. However, everything went downhill after that. The manager, Jimmy, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic about the situation. Instead of showing any concern, he was insulting and made the experience even worse. I paid $55.99 for the cake and was only offered a $20.00 refund in the form of a gift card—which I never even received. I was given the runaround multiple times, and to make matters worse, I was falsely told that I had already picked up the gift card on three separate occasions. That is completely unacceptable and untrue. This store clearly does not value or respect its customers. There is a serious lack of accountability and customer care. Jimmy, in particular, needs to be retrained in basic customer service and professionalism. I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially for important events.
