  I asked two employees for help finding an item. The first pointed us in a direction, but we still couldn’t find it. My son showed the manager on duty, Markie, who was standing at the front of the empty store talking with the cashier and no customers. We showed a picture of the item, and he directed us to the same area. When we asked for further assistance, he said the only person who could help was unloading a shipment. When I asked if anyone else could assist, he said no. Markie was unpleasant and did not demonstrate strong customer service or leadership. We shop here weekly, and this has been a consistent impression. We then went to self-checkout, where Nancy was counting tills. She immediately greeted us, stepped in, listened, and offered to help find the item. Although she couldn’t locate it, she made a genuine effort to assist. I would like to thank Nancy and ask that Store Director Jeran recognize her excellent customer service. My stepfather was a Store Director of one of the highest-producing Albertsons stores in Los Angeles for over 30 years, and this level of service does not reflect the standards I would expect from Kroger/Albertsons. As we left, Markie and the cashier were still at the front of the store despite it being empty and about 30 minutes before closing. Overall, management support was disappointing.

  We have shopped regularly at Albertsons Village Center Circle for 14 years, because we like this store for our grocery needs. However, yesterday my husband lost a small medical device in the store. I called yesterday evening and the person who answered was respectful and understanding. They said they will keep an eye open. Later that evening I received a call and they had found it! We can't thank you enough for your team's sincere respect and consideration. Albertson's Village Center Circle Team is the Best!

  Please train staff. Got there 5 minutes before 8 PM. Waited 5- 10 minutes at deli only to find out they were closed. When I asked a staff member what time deli closed, she said it varies, sometimes 7PM, sometimes 8 PM. Depending on if people called out. Very weird experience

  You are consistently out of fair life 2% milk. Time to allocate additional shelf space to this item if you can’t keep it restocked in a timely manner. Here I am again same store 5 PM after work rush and same out of stock. Smiths around the corner has at least six facings of the 2%. I don’t want to go there, but I hate having to always make two stops.
