- KNKala NelsonJun 30, 20261.0I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of basic customer service and professionalism at this location. I placed a pickup order totaling over $200. While communicating via the app chat, the representative finalized and ended my order right in the middle of our conversation, completely cutting me off from choosing my item substitutions. When I called the store to find a solution, I was met with immediate hostility and a total lack of assistance. Even after I already clearly stated my issue, the representative decided to make snarky remarks, asking me, “so what can I help you with?” Instead of offering a proper remedy for their mistake, I was told my only option was to place a completely separate order. Because it was a small order for the missing items, the system tried to charge me an additional $3.95 small-cart fee, which is ridiculous after the $200+ I had just spent. I called back to ask if this fee could be waived given the circumstances. The representative placed me on hold for over 5 minutes, only to pick up the line and immediately hang up on me. To be dismissed in the chat, spoken to with hostility on the phone, and then deliberately hung up on is completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I canceled my order. They can have fun putting it all back while I spend my money elsewhere. This store desperately needs to retrain its staff on basic problem-solving and courtesy!
