- DDDavid DerringMay 11, 20261.0Order was online for Boulder Crossing Store. Online order delivered was wrong and my order was short some items and the “package deal price” was not given. So I paid too much ( advertised deal) and did not receive essential ingredients for my order. When I called the store they did not offer a remedy and said it was my fault and they could not help. The acting manager ( or department supervisor) then told me it was my fault, and hung up on me. I have been a loyal Albertsons shopper for 40 years. And have always enjoyed their kind attention and pricing and customer service. After the rude behavior and elevated voice from the man I spoke with I think my shopping days at that store are done.
