- HHHalienna HeathMay 7, 20265.0I had a very scary experience once I was aware of what was happening, but I cannot express my huge gratitude for the staff that was attentive and took quick action before things could’ve turned dangerous for me. I used to go to this location when I lived in the apartments right down the street but am fully aware of the amount of homeless people that linger, but none of them usually bother me. The manager (I don’t know her name but she’s tall and beautiful, long black hair) noticed that a man had been following me the whole time I was in the store and took quick action by physically standing between my child and I, and the man at the checkout line. She was very quick to have one of the male cashiers escort me out along with herself (I thought I was in trouble 😭) but on the walk to my car they calmly explained I was being followed and I should quickly get to my car. I’m usually very aware of my surroundings, so I’m very, very thankful that they paid attention and handled it with a sense of urgency but also didn’t freak me out. I truly can’t express how thankful I am because of this staff that made sure I was safe up until I was about to pull out of the parking lot. That being said, whoever the manager and one of the male cashier was at this time (5/7/2026 around 3pm), should get a raise. They physically put themselves between my child and I’s harms way. And also have more on the security staff to handle these situations.

Very upset customer when I went to the store for pens I watched them insult a black petitioner in front of the store. He didn’t do anything wrong and for them to treat him so unfairly I had to do a review. This happened around 4;45 today 4-30-26. These managers and employees should not be working there the way they insulted him
