- EJEmily JanolinoSep 21, 20261.0I’ve been going to this store for years. Lately I’ve been very disappointed with their customer service. I had several times that the staff were very rude. I brushed it off but today was terrible. I noticed that I was charged twice on a discounted item. I approached the customer service and I was helped. But the amount that I’m supposed to be getting back was not correct. The staff explained to me with dismay that her calculation was the right one. I questioned her that the amount she’s calculated is not right. Then she suddenly get the other staff saying “explain to her why we come up with it” with rolling eyes, as if I’m stupid. True enough the other person calculated it and I should be getting back more money than the rude staff was trying to give me. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is not the first time, i experienced this treatment from this Albertsons. Lina, Linda was very rude to me and my husband about 4 different times at least. And this staff today who were eyeglasses, such a rude person. The lady who finally helped me was very nice. I didn’t get her name. It’s just frustrating that I’ve been going to this store for about 10 years now, to be treated like this . Not once but several times, different staff. I’m not sure if you need to reshuffle your staff or they’re burnt out and take it on your customers. . But surely I believe something has to be done here.

I said that was fine. I was waiting to make dinner. 2 hours go by and still no groceries delivered, now it’s almost 10pm and the store put “unable to reach customer” on the initial first order when the driver mixed up my order. I then called back to get another ETA and the girl was confused and said “it’s my first time closing.” I understand she is struggling, but no one could even call me about my food. I’ve been waiting 5 hours at this point.

- BMBob MillerSep 12, 20261.0Shop here often, except for meat. Meat counter sucks bigtime. Rarely have fillet mignon if ever. Ribeyes are so fatty. Yesterday, a Friday, they had NONE. Only burgers with bits of cheese and old marinated unknown beef. Worst place ever and a few workers are so rude and unhelpful. The more I think about this, not going back.
