  My favorite grocery store in the area. Although you gotta double check expiration double check your food is sealed etc because you never know what kind of silly thing could be happening but other than that, all that extra security working there makes it very safe. people are very friendly. I LOVE the ice cream?

  This was my first—and last—experience using Albertsons delivery service. On Saturday, July 5, I placed a delivery order at 6:42 PM with an 8:00–9:00 PM delivery window. Five minutes later, I received a text saying my order was being shopped. At 8:45 PM, I was told my order was delayed. Then, at 10:10 PM, I received another message saying my order was just then being shopped. By that point, I wanted to cancel the order, but customer chat had already closed at 10:00 PM, leaving me with no way to cancel or speak with anyone. At 11:14 PM, I received a notification that my order had been delivered. It hadn't. My groceries were delivered to the wrong address. I immediately requested a refund through the app and was told someone would contact me within 24–48 hours if additional information was needed. After hearing nothing, I contacted customer support on Monday, July 13. Unfortunately, that experience was even worse than the delivery. The representative, Jeremy Ann, repeatedly disappeared for several minutes without providing any updates. I had to ask multiple times whether he was still in the chat. After nearly five minutes of silence, his only response was, "Checking." There was no empathy, no explanation, no ownership of the issue, and my request to speak with a supervisor was ignored. Mistakes happen. Orders get delayed and deliveries occasionally go to the wrong address. What separates great companies from average ones is how they recover. Albertsons failed at every opportunity. The delivery failed. The communication failed. The customer service failed. The escalation process failed. I have screenshots of the entire chat conversation documenting the lack of communication, the repeated one-word responses, and my unanswered request for a supervisor. In today's world, companies sometimes try to minimize poor customer experiences or shift blame to the customer. The screenshots speak for themselves. I will be sharing my experience, along with the chat screenshots, across my social media platforms so others can make their own informed decision about whether this is the level of customer service they should expect from Albertsons. Albertsons has permanently lost me as a customer. No apology, coupon, or credit will change that.

  Clean, pretty well stocked and less crowded than the usual Alb's I go to. They had an on sale fruit in stock while the Boulder store always seems to be out of stock on sale items unless you get there first thing.

  Friendly people. Even security is talkative and jokes with you. Everyone seems ready to help and the store is in great shape, as well as stocked.
