  Went to purchase some liquor and since they were about to close three employees said that the keys to the cabinet were locked up. The cashier couldn't leave the register to help as I purchased the extra items I found when she suggested Dotties, a bar nearby. Another employee suggested that I could buy some wine. All the while I saw at least two other employees. There have been problems with the liquor situation in my past amongst other issues. This has broken the camel's back and will return to my original Albertsons even though it's further now that I have moved but there are several grocery store alternatives so we'll see. Thanks for the many years of shopping with you. Hope you look into this particular Albertsons because there are other problems in the deli service area, incorrect pricing in produce not to mention produce not on shelves usually we have to flag down someone to get it from the back. Oh I could go on and on but if you look, you will see. Hope this helps, thank for the opportunity to express my experience with your company.

  I go to this location quite often and get the party bucket from the delhi. And this is the third time now that the fries inside of the party bucket have been bitten into, and this is obvious biting to like somebody is chomping on them. And then cooking them and then throwing them in the display cabinet. For people to buy

  For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful! I've been shopping here for a little over 4 year's. How Maggie (Customer service) isn't a manager is crazy!! She has gone out of her way to help not just me but other's. I'll be nice and not mention names but there's 1 manager who shouldn't be a manager! Yes the store manager and corporate has knowledge of which one. She's already been spoken with, unfortunately it didn't mean much. The other day there was a line and She slowly walked to a register when she saw it was next. She didn't open the lane until I put my 1st item on the belt. Of course she called the person behind me smh. What's the sense of talking to anyone when nothing gets done! Fyi: that wasn't the 1st time! Now Corporate: Are you kidding me with the AC???? I call every YEAR about how hot the store is, I was told by an ex employee that Corporate won't fix it due to the area, starting to think it's true. I now travel to Smiths for my major shopping. Every month I spend over $500 in May I spent maybe $70, why because it was HOT in the store so I went to Smiths l. Hopefully everyone reads Sale labels. The 1st Sale is 2 for $7 ($3.50 each) Coupon Sale is $3.99 lol so 2 for $8 come on Albertsons DO BETTER!!
