  Clean, inviting, well stocked store that always has what we need at a fair price. But the best part about shopping at THIS Albertsons is the staff. While they are all friendly and helpful, Luz is the absolute best. We have lived here for about one year and almost daily, after completing our workout at Planet Fitness, we pick up something from this store. Every time, Luz is welcoming in the most professional way. She is helpful and always turns our shopping visit into a pleasant experience. We look forward to seeing Luz when we shop and hope Luz receives the acknowledgement she so richly deserves.

  Like the store it’s always clean and very well stocked. Have been going there for years. Today the woman on the checkout was very rude. I’m had my hand basket on the belt and she said in a very rude manner “remove your items from the basket and put the basket under the counter!” No please no thank you I felt like I was going through a TSA line. Not a nice experience.

  Came to this store with my 10 year son to purchase some pokemon cards from the vending machine and noticed an employee purchasing everything. I asked them if they can possibly leave 1 pack for me to purchase and he turns around and says that he could sell me 1 for double the price and walks away laughing. Extremely rude person

  I stopped in after working all day needed deli meat for dinner. Walking up to deli counter there’s a kid handing a customer a container of salad and he heads into the back another kid then follows him into the back. Now I am standing at the counter no one else around but me I notice a girl at the door of the back looking at paper work I waited a few minutes and asked her is there a bell or something I need to ring? She looked up at me and didn’t say a word looked right back down. I waited another few minutes and no one came out and I left. Three people one customer no one did anything!!!! I went to my car called the customer service number told them what happened they gave me a case number and said someone would call me. I called them back to ask why no one called and I was then told they were going to escalate this and guess what still no call. Albertsons is right on my way home and was easy to get in and out of but I will not be stopping there anymore I will drive out of my way to Smith’s.

  Was told I could not cash a payroll check because I already signed it, at the counter, in store. No signage indicating that that is their policy.huge inconvenience and pretty much ruined my day. I was given attitude over it as well
