  I went inside. There is no cashier, you order on a giant touch screen. I think that's unsanitary. I ordered a big mac combination. The touch screen prompt for paying at the screen did not work, so i picked "Pay at counter" waited at counter as they served drive through. Tried to get Employees attention. After 15 minutes I shouted " Do you have order 415?" Employee said " Oh you didn't pay." I explained their machine was broken. I paid her and she thanked me. 5 minutes later I got my meal. 1 of the coke dispenser machine had no ice, but the other one did.Sat down to eat, luke warm/cold French fries. The bun on the Big Mac was stale, top bottom and middle. There were no pickles on my Big Mac. I ate the paper thin soy laced burger without the stale bun. I'm 71 years old. This was the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. As walked up i was happy it had an automatic sliding door. I thought that was a nice feature...but it sounds like it is about to fall over and crash. Mr Kroc would be turning in his grave if he could see this place.

  I asked for extra sauce and some black lady was being rude and said I heard you so we moved to the next window and they didn’t even give us anything ranch nor ketchup

  It's McDonald's, so you get what you expect. Due to It's location, you pay more than other McDonald's, but it's always my go to when I charge my car in Primm.

  There is no service you have to use the kiosk, tables were filthy the automatic door sounded like it was going to fall off everything it opened
