  I don’t mind spending $22 on fajitas, but rib eye should not be full of gristle, and tough. Why is the plate hot, but the food cold? Terrible food, mediocre service and extremely pricey for poor quality.

  This review sums up my 2 dining experiences here. Night and day on service but the food was super spot on both times. Once on Saturday night at 6:30pm and the other was Sunday at 2:30pm. Esmeralda was my server on Saturday and Israel was my server on Sunday. Night and day on these two. Esmeralda was mostly all business no pleasantries offered or really returned granted it was busier but still. My fish and chips were spot on for Nevada lol and the chocolate cake was delicious. I had to wait a long time to get it though because she just never checked back for the longest time she when she did she just came and put the check on my table without really asking if there was anything else. She was very friendly with the credit card as screw up where I was about to be charged someone else's bill though. Israel was a delight very personable with me and other guests. Great customer service and attentiveness with everyone. Came around more often to check or at least tossed me an eye to see if I needed anything which was a nice change from the dinner experience. As for my delicious meal, I was seeing the Steak and Eggs with eyes much bigger than my stomach but they were delicious and cooked exactly to order for me. When another guest sat down next to me I mentioned to him if he ordered the steak and eggs he needed to have an appetite. He did also order them and was duly impressed with both size and quality. As I was spending this weekend relaxing I also ordered one of their specialty drinks, The Manhattan. Like all drinks I've ordered here Israel really took care of me on this. These drinks are definitely made to be sipped. While sitting and writing this nursing this excellent Manhattan I decided to have the carrot cake which was good but nowhere near as good as the chocolate cake. All in all an excellent place to have a meal in my opinion. Just as an afterthought I never really mentioned anything about cleanliness because it never really came to my mind as everything I saw was perfectly acceptable to my eye and taste.

  Servers all had an unhappy look and attitude. Never seen so many sour faces all in one restaurant. Could not wait to eat my food and leave. If it was my restaurant I would have fired them all.
