Visited with friends and wasn’t impressed. The food was undercooked and not that great. The staff just seemed careless. I wanted to like this place but wouldn’t recommend it.
Indoor and outdoor seating available, family-friendly.
We waited over an hour for the food, they forgot or lost our order twice. The chef in the back was actually very apologetic and nice. The cashier lady and the manager had no idea what was going on or how to do anything. I feel for the chef. Manager apologized then gave us expired 5 percent off coupons. Thanks unc. The burgers are actually decent here, but the service here is genuinely top 5 WORST experiences. In the future if you see a huge table waiting for the food for an hour, maybe DO SOMETHING.

Burger was wet and soggy, with gross wet grilled onions that looked like they were sitting out for hours. I genuinely had trouble finishing the food. The grilled chicken sandwich was extremely thin and flavorless. This place is a whoopsie-daisy. Charging $28 for that shld be a sin.

Soggy French fries like they had been sitting in steam. Maybe better if it's not take out. Chicken sandwich good but not great. Was suppose to be spiced grilled not spicy at all. The description said spicy Aoli I did not get that.

This place is generally pretty good, sometimes excellent, sometimes not so great, but usually a safe bet. I only really order the same three things: sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, double inclined burger, and inclined fries. The fries are consistently good, the burger and breakfast seem to vary by who's cooking.
Outdoor seating is nice and indoor vibe has a nice mountain / outdoor sports feel and big screen tvs.
Prices are high compared to an equally satisfying meal at either of the neighboring restaurants, so you've really got to be in the mood for a burger.
Sadly, they installed these ordering kiosks and have an app for rewards points but they don't seem to integrate. McDonald's vibes for sure. A small town burger spot with counter service loses a lot of it's character and charm with these kiosks - virtually no human interaction with the exception of your food being delivered.
