- JGJazmine GarciaJun 20, 20261.0I waisted my whole lunch time for 18 dollars worth of measly wings do not place an order online keeps taking your money and they don’t accept cash the manger on duty won’t do absolutely nothing they keep telling you to place the order again I keep putting my money in the bank placing my order she said to come pick up my order I brought my cash since there is a glitch and they still won’t accept my order I want to buy wings for my kids they obviously see that my bank keeps taking the order and the order is not being placed and they don’t care they don’t help all they do is shrug the shoulders today I’m out 45 dollars on my account and didn’t get one wing don’t buy anything online or place orders online they take your money and pending on your account and they don’t give you food but they take your money she offered no solutions I brought cash she didn’t wanna take I never heard of that it’s awful I had waisted my whole lunch period trying to buy my kids food here and she didn’t care .they don’t offer any solutions but they take your money twice and still didn’t get my order

The dasher had to get his team on the phone which they clearly stated that the merchant (wing stop) are supposed to make the order to its entirety! I really just did not appreciate the service presented there. The back and forth and laughing in his face when everyone has a job to do. I believe the manager’s name was Marissa but that was poor management presented today I would HATE to have to pick up orders from this location. Then the guy was asking for management and they were just being absolutely rude .
