  Step 1 - fire all your employees and force your customers to perform free labor Step 2 - roll out changes to the self check out system that removes staple items Step 3 - make your employees train every customer on how to check out with the applied changes Step 4 -profit? What a joke of a clown show of a business. Whoever runs or manages this locations, If you can’t successfully run a company without introducing a bunch of solved problems, maybe you’re better off finding a job more suited to your limited skill set. Have you considered rodeo clown, or just regular clown? It seems more appropriate

  I am upset I spent some time searching for the few products I wanted, but I went to Von's mainly for soda. At the soda aisle I saw the Squirt I like on a Buy Two Get Two free special. I got four twelve packs of Squirt and two Grape Crush and two strawberry Crush for the same deal. Then I checked Sprite, and while other Sprite variations were Three for Three, there was no price or deal marker for regular Sprite. I loaded six packs and headed for checkout. I thought the checker would know the specials. When it was finally my turn at the register, I wanted to know what the special was for Sprite, so I asked the checker about that first. I asked the price, and the man said it depends on which company each soda belongs to. I asked is it three for three, and he again said it depends on the soda company. I asked a third time what is the special, but he never answered my question. He kept trying to say it depends on the soda company. I expected him to look up the specials on a store flyer, but he didn't. I concluded that he was not listening to me, so I just walked away, leaving my cart of twenty items at the checkout. I felt that the checker had wasted an hour of my time. I will not shop at that store again.

  The Pokemon machine has ruined this store . The management lets thugs loiter around the machine and threaten customers and their kids without any repercussions. I was threatened by a man today with my son . He yelled at me called me vulgar names flipped me off and was allowed to stay in the store . I recommend shopping somewhere else

  This is becoming common from the Vons bakery. If you're not going to produce a good product, don't put it on the shelf!

  I've Been going to this Vons for years to get my morning breakfast bagel. Its always nice to have the level of service, attentiveness, and fun jokes that the service Clerk Mike Lopez delivers at self checkout. He is someone that genuinely cares and puts his best foot forward for his customers and also his co-workers. Keep up the great work Mike!!
