  Their oxtail soup is one of my favorites in vegas. However, it’s very obvious it’s made in large batches and just scooped throughout the day leading to consistent inconsistencies ironically. Spice bags at LEAST are desperately needed. Having a full bite of star anise randomly is so jarring and disappointing in the middle of enjoying the soup. It’s like eating something that’s phenomenal and getting randomly jump scared by straight licorice root. Please do something about this (SPICE BAGS!!)

  They offer sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, salads, breakfast items, and other deli favorites. Everything is prepared fresh, and the food quality was good. The only issue during my visit was that a special request on my sandwich was missed, and I had to go back downstairs from my room to have it corrected. The staff fixed it without any problem, but it did add some extra time and inconvenience. Other than that, the food was fresh, the portions were good, and the overall experience was positive. My advice is simply to double-check your order before leaving the counter. A solid choice if you're staying at the M Resort and looking for a convenient meal.

  I have been a long time customer of VIG DELI. The quality, quantity and service has been degrading over time and it is at a point not worth it at all. Food quantity is ~ 30% less and food quality is bad. Recent order of Turkey sandwich and a cup of soup which I had ordered many time is the past. Turkey smelled awful and I thought the soup was a kid size! If you mention it to the staff and manager they basically give you attitude and their answer it, this is it. Well not going back again.

  The potato salad tasted like toothpaste and the pizza gave us food poisoning. Disgusting flavor due to cheap ingredients. The staff at the pick up counter looked confused and very annoyed when we came to pick up our food, despite the finished dishes being right next to them. If you're a tourist stuck there, save your money and eat elsewhere later.
