  Good food and great service! Got there on a Tuesday evening at 7:30pm and got seated right away. Pho (4.5/5): broth was flavorful and portion was generous. If you order a regular pho, you can choose up to 3 kinds of meat. They were out of tendon unfortunately. Service was great! They helped pack our leftover food. We even received some cantaloupe as dessert. I'll go back to try Bun Bo Hue!

  I ordered a bowl of Pho with Pork meat ball on 9/29 Tuesday. The meat balls were very salty. On top of this, The meat balls were smelled and tasted with spoiled, gamey, and boar taint, as though the meat had actually decayed after kept in the fridge at inappropriate temperature and of low quality pork. I was very disappointed. It was my first time to visit this restaurant which is said to be of high quality.

  This place was absolutely fantastic. The staff was warm and welcoming. Quick to get sat, order, and serviced. We got the steak pho and shrimp fried rice. The pho broth was rich and comforting. So good! The shrimp fried rice had a generous amount of both protein and rice. The rice was cooked to perfection. We also got the Jasmin tea and Thai tea. Both yummy as well! I love a good floral Jasmin tea and it was brewed just the right amount of time. They gave us sweet crunchy cantaloupe at the end free of charge and it was the cherry on top. I forgot my card so I’m also super glad they have tap to pay!

  My husband and I eat here every week. The food is delicious. I've tried a few other Vietnamese spots in the area and this one the best I've had. The service is exceptional. The Thai tea is amazing! We stop by for thai tea even if we aren't dining in. The grilled pork and pork bánh mi are both delectable. The crispy egg rolls and brisket pho are tasty. You are bound to find something you enjoy on their menu. 10/10 recommend!

  Unfortunately, our experience at The Pho Spot in Henderson was terrible, and the frustrating part is that all we were trying to do was order some soup. We attempted to place our order through their online ordering system. The order was added three separate times and then canceled three separate times. At that point, we were already frustrated and confused because we weren’t trying to do anything complicated. We simply wanted to place an order, pay for our food, and get our soup. When we tried to get help with what was happening, the situation became even more uncomfortable. Instead of someone taking a moment to listen and help us figure out why their online ordering system kept adding and canceling the order, we were made to feel as though they thought we were somehow trying to cheat them. That was probably the most upsetting part of the entire experience. We weren’t asking for free food, a discount, or anything special. We were trying to PAY for an order. The attitude we received afterward made everything worse. We felt they were rude toward us and then basically ignored us instead of trying to resolve what should have been a very simple problem. If an online ordering system is malfunctioning, that’s one thing. Technology has problems and we completely understand that. But how customers are treated when something goes wrong is something entirely different. A simple, “Let’s figure out what happened and get your order taken care of,” would have changed this entire experience. Instead, we reached a point where we didn’t even want the food anymore. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. That’s disappointing because we came there wanting to eat and were ready to spend our money. We didn’t walk in looking for a problem, and we certainly weren’t trying to get anything for free. We just wanted our soup. Unfortunately, after being treated the way we were, leaving felt like the better option. Good customer service matters most when something goes wrong. An ordering-system problem can be fixed. Making customers feel unwelcome, treating them with suspicion, and ignoring them is much harder to overlook. Based on the experience we had, we left extremely disappointed.
