- JCJoclyn Cook2 days ago5.0The parking is somewhat limited but wheelchair accessible. The place is a small hole in the wall, but has decent seating. It is clean with a great atmosphere. As soon as you walk in you can smell how good everything is. We were greeted and seated promptly with no wait. They have limited drink options but the water is filtered and the matcha is great. The food was made in house and tasted fresh. We got bento boxes and mine came with sushi. All was delicious, but the chicken was dark meat and charred on the ends. Some may like it that way which is why the food was docked a star. Overall, we will be back again.

- AMAlexis MontoyaAug 8, 20262.0Food was great, and our server was so nice and respectful. However the manager made us feel very uncomfortable the entire sit down. She was just mad dogging us and staring. My family and I were having a good time, laughing it up and enjoying the food, but eyes were just on us constantly… we did bite off more than we could chew, !completely our fault! but we were trying our best to finish what we ordered. Manager was very frustrated from afar and was very adamant on charging us for the sushi left on the table. We were willing to compromise and the common courtesy rule with AYCE is if you leave 2-3 pieces on the table, no charge. We left 3 at first, she was not happy. We then left two pieces when she didn’t want to remove the charge, bless this server for trying to take accountability and being so understanding, taking the heat from her too in the back of the restaurant. They took the charge off and we were stared down by manager and kitchen staff as we left. I hope the server got our tip in its entirety. That was our first time there and would’ve loved to come back, but that one interaction did it for me. Guess we’ll continue to drive to spring valley for AYCE. Good luck 🤙🏽
