I put an order in and on my order it said extra pickles and extra oregano and light mayo. I even wrote special instructions. When I got my sandwich there was barely any pickles and the smallest amount of oregano. I come here all the time and this has never been an issue. I’m very upset. I am very disappointed with how my sandwich turned out.

I hate to have to do this but the order took forever. The store was empty but I was told I was behind another I had 2 foot longs and that was all I received my order 15 mins after the time it was expected to be finished. The guy was working by himself so I feel bad but something had to be expired or bad because me and my fiance are miserable today the whole night and all day stomach in knots sharing the toilet. Such a terrible experience my daughters didn’t have any of the same symptoms different sandwiches but my fiance and I were going through it I even had to miss work which I can’t afford right now. I paid to get sick this is a damn shame worse stomach ache ever… clearly food poisoning!! Check the dates it’s not safe to be serving bad food for paying customers.

Don’t come to this subway if you actually want your sandwich made “your way” they have a new kiosk system and you can’t do simple customizations, will absolutely drive the extra 10 minutes to go to a different Subway, absolutely horrible

A young African American female about half an hour ago made me this footling, and most of the veggies fell out of it immediately upon unwrapping it. This comes after I mentioned to her that normally they would take the knife that it's cut with to push the veggies inside of the sandwich. She instead just put it together with nothing at all pushed in, saying her manager said they can't use the knife to push the veggies in. The person with her looked at her as if she was lying, because she was. They've been doing that for years, and the bottom line is that everything just about shouldn't fall out of the sandwich once made, if of course it was properly made. There is an art to making the sandwiches. Anyone else would add the tomatoes and cucumbers together vs cucumbers on top once other smaller toppings were added under them. Some of it is common sense. She didn't care, and the pics show that. I asked the male with the black hair and nose ring with her to remake it, and he said he couldn't remake it for free. I said it is only free if I take 2 sandwiches. Clearly that wasn't the case here. She came back to mention their materials. I said they can simply refund the money as I already mentioned when he refused to remake the sandwich. What She later asked to do, Which was to make what she already made right, I asked her to do before she cut or packaged the sandwich, when she refused to do anything. The father and son here make a lot better sandwiches, despite the son being more friendly than his father is. It is neat and not all falling out. I made a mistake and tried someone new. I thought I would get someone I had before again. Apparently the day or shift was wrong. I stopped coming here for quite some time after a bad case of food poisoning for a night shift sandwich, in which the meat wasn't hardly cool, much less cold. They don't have to worry about me coming back after that experience today though. Both there currently, Wednesday, during the 6 and 7 pm hour are too argumentative and clearly not customer service oriented. Nothing is free once I pay ahead online for it. She needs retraining on how to properly make a sandwich. The pictures attached are telling. You don't have to worry about your materials when you have enough business, & as I sit outside of this business to immediately review it, no one is there. I've watched Starbucks employees remake drinks many times, and not my own. Those drinks cost as much as these footlongs on special do. They don't refuse. It is poor customer service to prepare something as sloppy as this sandwich pictured, and then to refuse even 1 remake. That's why the business is suffering. They don't do well. That hospital off the freeway, inside mountainview hospital, that is hands down the best Subway here in my experience. I came here after they were already closed last week. I would rather drive almost half an hour there to get this sandwich vs pay another cent here. I will do just that too.
