  The sandwich creator did great. I asked for mayo on both sides of the bread and he gave me extra tuna like I requested. I had the sandwich of the day deal. Definitely will go back. Store was clean. Prepp area was clean and well stocked.

  This location will not allow for customization of the protein pockets. However, other locations always have. They got halfway through mine and decided that they weren't going to allow me to add any vegetables but that I could take away the banana peppers. Just not add anything in its place. He said it was meant to be a snack and I said I understand that but adding a couple of vegetables doesn't make it anything outside of a snack to begin with. at which point I requested the manager and she stated there was no customization either I said it's already halfway made. You'd rather just throw it away than to sell it. You can charge me for it the extra vegetables. They said they didn't have a way to do that so I told her then I'll just take my money elsewhere and she began to take all of the toppings off of it and put them back in the containers. Which I felt was inappropriate because it was cross-contamination. It's already been all put on the wrap

  First and foremost this is not the first issue (but it is the last)I’ve had at this location but it is the closest location to my home. I went in store to pick up my order that I placed online on 4/15/26. I ordered a Footlong sandwich meal for $8.99 went to pick it up and when I got back to the car I always check my food. I did request to have extra lettuce, spinach and cucumbers on my sandwich. When I opened the sandwich there were literally two leafs of spinach and I didn’t even see any lettuce. So I opened another piece because I asked to have it cut into four pieces and the same thing. So I walked back in the store and asked the lady behind the counter if she could see any spinach, cucumber or lettuce on these sandwiches and she said that is the amount we put in the sandwich. I asked her kindly if I could have the extra lettuce, spinach and cucumber that I requested(showing her my receipt) on the side so I can make my sandwich when I get home she said no we can’t do that. So I told her I wanted a refund and gave her the sandwich, chips and the drink back. She told me to go on the subway app to get my refund. I went back and sat in my car for 5-10 mins looking for the option for refunds and there was nothing on the app. So I went back into the store waited my turn in line and asked her to show me where on the website or app…she then said oh it’s on the receipt. So she printed my receipt and led me to a phone number for a Javier Zuniga on the receipt. I have called numerous times since 4/15/26, left voicemails, texts and even emailed…no response. I then today called the store number on the receipt and asked the guy who answered the phone to speak to the manager he said she will not be in until store opens tomorrow 4/20/26. So I asked him will I be speaking to Javier Zuniga or a woman and he said a woman. I asked him what her name was and he said I can’t tell you her name over the phone you will have to ask her when you get here. I was just taken aback that I couldn’t get a name of the manager I would be speaking with and that he was just like a robot on the phone every time I asked a question. I will be at this subway tomorrow morning to speak to this mystery manager. I want nothing but my refund and I will never go back to this location again. I have supported subway forever because I enjoyed the sandwiches, even though my family would rather eat a different sandwich restaurant, I still would eat here but this was my final unprofessional and non existent customer service experience with subway that I can take, and I will not be returning back!!

  Steer clear. It is dead for a reason.. Skimps on everything, and when asking for more you’re told the manager only allows ‘x’ amount of ‘veggie/sauce’ per sub. Keep in mind my request was not outrageous, it was for a few more of one veggie, and there were only two types of veggies on the sub. Go to a better quality sub shop, down the road, or ANY WHERE ELSE.
